With decades of experience manufacturing premium wiper arms and blades for leading automotive brands, WIPE PNIV created BrightWipe to deliver crystal-clear visibility, streak-free performance, and longer wiper life with every swipe.

PNIV In-House Manufacturing Unit (Rubber, Plastics, Assemblies, Mountings, Mats & More)

PNIV works hand-in-hand with WIPE’s 39-year-old manufacturing legacy, operating as a flexible, multi-capability in-house unit for automotive rubber, plastic, and metal components. Our facility produces engine mounts, bushings, exhaust hangers, anti-vibration parts, rubber mats, mud flaps, plastic accessories, bonded metal-rubber assemblies, and custom moulded components with OEM-grade precision.

Thanks to PNIV’s collaborative model, we integrate the strengths of Tier-2 and Tier-3 suppliers along with our partner network across Japan, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Thailand, allowing us to deliver products that are high-quality, cost-effective, and rapidly scalable. Through this ecosystem, PNIV becomes more than a factory — we act as a manufacturing integrator, aligning design, tooling, production, and quality assurance into a seamless supply chain.

High-Precision Inspection Gauges

PNIV specialises in developing and localising high-precision inspection gauges for defence, EV powertrains, and heavy automotive applications. These gauges are manufactured through our advanced tooling and machining ecosystem, which includes:

  • Multi-cavity injection tooling.
  • High-yield CRB angular feeding systems (89% material efficiency).
  • Precision VMC, CNC wirecut, EDM tooling setups.
  • Prototype and pre-production facilities.

With international collaborators from Japan and Hong Kong, PNIV combines global engineering know-how with localised manufacturing excellence, enabling India to reduce import dependency while increasing accuracy, durability, and performance reliability in mission-critical products.
